Charlene Fay Smith, 69, of Cedar Bluffs, NE, died Friday, July 13, 2018 at the Fremont Medical Center in Fremont, NE. She was born September 23, 1948 in Prague, NE to Frederick and Victoria (Kohout) Novak. Charlene graduated from Prague High School.
She is survived by life partner, Wayne Lewis; children, Melissa (Chris) Sommers, Kimberly (Darby) Carlson, Mitch (Christine) Smith and Carey (Jason) Kubik; grandchildren, Morgan, Zane, Luke, Kaleb, Victoria, Josh, Kyley, Mason and Madison; siblings, Karen Pokorski, Twila (Jerry) Wade, Dan (Shelly) Novak and Dave (Laurie) Novak.
She was preceded in death by parents, Frederick and Victoria Novak and granddaughter, Kyndal Kubik.
