Linda L. Lawson, 71, of Cedar Bluffs, NE, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at Saunders Medical Center in Wahoo, NE. She was born September 4, 1947 in Omaha, NE to Otto and Joni (Crawford) Husak. Linda graduated from Radford High School in Pearl City, Hawaii. On June 14, 1985, she was married to Leslie Lawson in Fremont, NE.
Linda was a past member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Cedar Bluffs. She enjoyed cooking and baking and racing funny cars in her younger days.
She is survived by husband of 33 years, Leslie Lawson; children, Kelly Barnes, Kim (Mike) Arney and Branson Lawson; grandchildren, Devrin Chillingworth, Krista Smith, Ashley Schaffer, Cassie Chillingworth, Colton Barnes, Michael Husak, Austin and Kaitlin Arney; 8 great-grandchildren; father, Otto Husak.
She was preceded in death by mother, Joni Husak; brother, Dennis Husak; grandparents, John and Catherine Crawford, John and Josephine Husak.
Missing you already MOM….don’t know how many times since Sunday Jan 6th 2019 I have picked up the phone just to call you and say hi and talk about anything that crosses our minds funny or serious lol she knows me best. I miss you. Think I am still in shock cant absorb this yet. I wish I can abide by your last wish you asked all ur kids girls mainly …it does take all not just 1 lol I am trying …
you will love the songs we all picked I choose a lot of them and Branson Les also agreed . you would be smiling on us all Thursday when we come to say goodbye…Its not really goodbye youll be not to far away from me always…. Love you mom xoxoxox

Linda: I knew you in Hawaii and just recently found you again. I’ve been trying to call you and knew something was wrong. I was shocked to see that you had passed. You will be remembered fondly from your old Friend, Donna
