Linda L. Thomsen, 64 of Raymond, NE, died Sunday, April 10, 2016 at Bryan East Medical Center in Lincoln. She was born July 29, 1951.
She is survived by her husband Tom Thomsen.
She was preceded in death by her mother Katie McCleary.
RIP Linda, remembering the great old days.
My GREAT Aunt Linda was a wonderful person! She was always a riot and it was no doubt that she loved her family deeply despite all of our differences. The Aunt Linda I will forever remember is the person I remember sitting at the table with while her, my grandma and my mother would talk for hours and hours about everything under the sun. As a little kid I would just sit and listen to her stories because she was so funny! I am extremely saddened by your passing and will forever remember you as my crazy, funny Aunt Linda who used to chase us with your teeth! Rest easy, we love you. -Sydne
Aunt Linda, I am so incredibly saddened by your passing. In life we always feel that we have “more time” for everything. Clearly that is never the case. I will always hold loving memories of the long talks we shared, the many laughs and more importantly the love we had for each other that only an aunt and niece can share, YOU are my namesake. I am glad that the last words I ever said to you were that I loved you, and that I got to hug you that day. My heart aches knowing that your laughter will never be heard again. You had the BEST laugh! Please know that you were and will continue to be thought of often and always with loving memories. You can now be with grandma Katie and aunt Karen, and I can only imagine the laughter that heaven now knows.
