Mary Ann Laudenback, 86 of Wahoo entered into eternal rest Friday, January 26, 2018 at South Haven Living Center in Wahoo. She was born November 18, 1931 in Crete, NE to Otto and Mary (Nemec) Kvasnicka where she grew up on the family farm outside of Crete. She was a high school graduate of Crete High School. After graduation she worked at Gold’s department store in Lincoln and then at the Mead Ordnance Plant but most of all she was a full-time mom and housewife. Mary was united in marriage to Robert Laudenback on June 26, 1954 in Crete.
She enjoyed cooking and was a great baker. She also liked to play the accordion.
She is survived by her children, Dr. Steve Laudenback of Tulsa, OK, Debra (Brian) Konecky of Columbus, NE, Mitch Laudenback of Omaha, Dr. Larry Laudenback of Tulsa, OK, Susan (Eric) Gottschalk of Wahoo and Connie Syverson of Wahoo; grandchildren, Tim (fiancé Ashley) Laudenback, Mike & Andrew Konecky, Christine (Nick) Delozier, Ty & Seth Syverson and Anna Gottschalk; great-grandchild, Kyler Delozier; siblings, Elvin Kvasnicka, Dorothy (Orville) Gertsch and Frank Kvasnicka.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Laudenback; parents; two sisters; one brother and two step-brothers.
