Amberly Ann Rist, 36, of Ashland, NE, entered into rest on Monday, October 24, 2022 at the Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE. She was born January 5, 1986 in Grand Island, NE to Robert II and Ginger (Smith) Rist. Amberly attended high school in Scottsdale, AZ and she graduated from Metro Community College in Omaha, NE. She owned and operated The View restaurant at Mahoney State Park.
She is survived by son, Robbie Rist; daughter, Alexa Evans; parents, Robert II and Ginger Rist; many other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents.

I’ll miss seeing Amberly at Mahoney. She would always come say “hi” whenever she saw me.
Amberly always had a sweet smile whenever you saw her. Prayers to all the family. Losing a child is always so hard no matter the age.
We will miss our friend and our prayers are with the family. We enjoyed working with Amberly at “The View” and appreciated her determination and passion for serving the park guests there and helping them enjoy their park experiences. She was always quick with a smile and always willing to contribute her best, I enjoyed our many conversations. Rest in peace.

I met amberly while I was working in Ashland It was always very nice to talk to her! We just reconnected via Facebook. I am so saddened to hear of her passing. Rest in paradise.
