Adeline M. Dwyer, 92 of Wahoo, NE, entered in eternal rest on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at South Haven Living Center in Wahoo.  She was born February 21, 1924 in rural Colon, NE to Carl Bohumil and Agnes (Kracl) Ruzicka.  Adeline graduated from Fremont High School and attended Midland College.  She taught country school for several years at District 12 and District 78.

Adeline enjoyed her friends and music.  She was a loving friend to all who knew her and she always told her friends that she loved them.   Adeline had an indomitable will to live and overcame numerous difficulties to preserve her health.  She had an incredible reverence for human life and wanted to do all she could to live and take care of her family and friends.

She was interested in the local and world news and used to love discussing all issues with her friends.  When she was able, she read the local newspapers from cover to cover and cut out countless articles and news items. Adeline was a masterful cook and baker, and she collected thousands of recipes and hundreds of cookbooks throughout her life.

She is survived by many nieces, nephews, and a host of loving friends.

She was preceded in death by son Mark Randall Dwyer; daughter Lee Ann Kay (Dwyer) Brandt; brothers: George, Ed, Raymond, Robert, Donald, and Charles Ruzicka; sisters: Dorothy Horeis and Evelyn Brandt.
