Allen R. Mason, 62of Ashland, NE passed away Thursday, August 15, 2024 at Oxbow Living Center in Ashland. He was born September 6, 1961 in to William “Bill” and Margaret (Bachman) Mason. He graduated from Ashland-Greenwood High School in 1981.
Known for his amiable nature, Allen was a man who never met a stranger. His love for visiting with people was evident to all who knew him. He could often be found engaging in conversations, sharing stories, and spreading cheer among his companions. Allen’s presence was a source of joy at Oxbow Living Center, where participated in various activities.
Allen is survived by his siblings, James C. (Julie) Mason, Marsha M. Hunter, Lydia Jane Nims, Mona L. (Dick Dirks) Danner and Amber Michelle (Wes) Cunningham; many nieces & nephews; great-nieces & nephews; loving pet cat, Sheba; cousins and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Margaret Mason.
Allen was always a joy to be around and will certainly be missed by many.
