Cassie Raygene Brenner, 24, of Lincoln, NE, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, October 2, 2022 in Lincoln, NE.  She was born April 16, 1998 in Lincoln, NE to Dennis and Yvonne (Kobza) Brenner.  Cassie graduated from Raymond Central High School in 2016.  She graduated from UNL with a degree in Broadcasting Production and she also received minors in Sociology, Textiles, Merchandising and Fashion Design.

Cassie adored her nieces and nephews and she also loved photography.  She was a shining light, and she always had a positive attitude.

She is survived by her parents, Dennis and Yvonne Brenner; siblings, Jordan Buresh, Zachary (Morgan) Brenner, Jared (Renae) Brenner and Nathan (Jamie Nyffeler) Brenner; nieces and nephews, Lucas and Ella Buresh, Parker and Monroe Brenner, William, Henry and Jasper Brenner; significant other, Brett Koch and their beloved dog, Angus; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by brother-in-law, Brian Buresh; grandparents, Ray and Genevieve Kobza.

    Dear Von, Dennis and family,
    What can we say that might ease your heartache…Cassie was such a beautiful, caring, loving, young lady who always had that pretty smile and a huge hug for anyone within reach. She knew how to make a person feel special and loved.
    Oh dear sweet Cassie girl, you will be missed so much by the Madden family…we love you so much. Fly high Angel Cassie. Until we all meet again

    Cassie girl, the light of any room you walked in to. Growing up with you was a highlight of my childhood. From sleepovers in your hot bedroom to photo shoots with you and Madison. Your beauty will never be forgotten. I love you sweet girl, rest easy. 💜

    Keith and I send condolences. I remember Cassie as an energetic, blonde little darling as she either sat in her mothers lap or ran the halls of a gym where big brother, Zack, played basketball with Jon and others. Please know we hold you close to our hearts in prayer.
