Dee’s family will always remember her as the best candy maker and as a great cook.  She loved cooking for her family and she loved her trips to the casinos.

She is survived by husband of over 40 years, Bill Zvolanek; children, Keith E. Stewart of Lincoln, Cheryl Hauschild of Ashland, and Reginia Schneider of Waverly; step-daughter, Cherri Setlak of Plattsmouth; 9 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 3 great great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and friends.

My mother, Barbara Stewart, and I were sad to hear of the loss of your mother. Though many years have passed, we want you to know that your family was part of the FOUNDATION that helped build our family. I have many fond memories on the farm that I have passed down to our children and grandchildren. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers especially at this time, and you will always have a place in our hearts. Sincerely, Julie Stewart Self, John Self, and Barbara Stewart

Dee was my Aunt and the person that worried about everyone. I am going to miss her phone calls of support. Dee showed us all how to love and care for each other. I will miss you very much.

We are very sad to hear of Dee’s passing.Dee was a wonderful person and a great neighbor. We could always count on her to put a smile on our faces. She was like a grandma to our children as they were growing up. Knowing and living next door to Dee was an honor and a blessing. All our thoughts and prayers are with Bill and the rest of the family.
