Harold Arthur Jurgensen, 91 of Omaha, NE passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born May 2, 1931 in Ashland, NE to Arthur and Minnie Jurgensen. He was a Navy Veteran during the Korean War from 1951 to 1955.
He was united in marriage to Lucy Bailey on March 9, 1955 in Yuma, AZ.
Harold is survived by his children, Dianna, John and Barry Jurgensen all of Omaha; sister, Maxine Johnson; niece, Marsha Dodd both of Los Angeles CA; brother, Keith Jurgensen; nephews, Steven & Chuck Jurgensen & niece, Pam Gustafson; nephews, Frank, Tim, Danny, Mike, Jeff & Mark Odorisio; many grand nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lucy Jurgensen; parents, Arthur and Minnie Jurgensen; sister, Darlene (Denny) Odorisio; brother-in-law, Jess Johnson; sister-law, Bonnie Jurgensen; niece, Dee Dee Odorisio.
We were honored to take Mr. Jurgensen on the March 25, 2014 Korean War Honor Flight.
