Harry A. Toy, 59, of Wahoo, NE, died “Gone Fishin” Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at the Nebraska Heart Hospital in Lincoln, NE. He was born December 26, 1957 in Omaha, NE to Frederick and Virginia (Morris) Toy. Harry has been with Region V Services in Wahoo for over 30 years. He loved to fish and talking to people and everyone Harry met he called a friend.
He is survived by sisters: Berdine (Toy) Shafer and Moledey (Jack) Blair; brother, Tim Toy; nieces and nephews; and his extended family at Region V in Wahoo.
He was preceded in death by parents, Frederick and Virginia Toy; sister, Gail Kuhl; and nephew, Eli Kuhl.
Berdine, Tim, and Family, I am very sorry for
your loss. Hal was a good friend of mine.
My condolences go out to you and your family.
Harry is going to be missed. He would always ask me “How’s Dougie?” That is my husband. He always has a smile on his face.
Iwas his house mother at MAsonic home 1972 tthrough 75. I like to think i helped him get ready for his life. He was a handfulbut likeable. May there be lots of fish in heaven. Mrs Lester
Our family has good memories of Hal! Years ago he often stopped in at our store downtown. He loved our kids. He liked to visit with Lee about Sears lawn mowers and tools. We are sorry for your loss.
