John T. Rose, 92, of Ashland, NE, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at Oxbow Living Center in Ashland, NE.  He was born March 8, 1926 in Lincoln, NE and he was the oldest of eight boys.  John served his country in the U.S. Navy until he was honorably discharged in 1946.

He is survived by children, Margaret, John, Connie, Monica, Milt, Christine, Martha, Daria, Mark and Michael; 12 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; brother, Larry.  He was preceded in death by son, Matthew.
