I got to know Katherine, when she was our President of the American Legion Auxiriary. We had so much fun making the replica of the Vietnam Wall, going to all the parades, and Legion conventions. She was a wonderful person and she will be missed.
Katherine was the BEST Girl Scout Leader EVER! She lead our troop into many fun & learning experiences! It was not long ago my sister & I saw here at Oxbow… Her face lite up as we recited to her The Girl Scout Promise…
On my honor, I will try:
To do my duty to God and my country,
To help other people at all times,
To obey the Girl Scout Laws.
Rest In Peace Katherine & know you did make a difference!

Janell, May loving memories of your dear mom be with you always. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Linda
I am so sorry to hear your Mom passed away. Please know others are thinking of you.
My thoughts are with you during this very difficult and sad time. Losing your Mom is one of the hardest life events to go through and I wish you strength, hoping you will find comfort in the many wonderful memories of her. It will take time, but one day you will smile more often than cry when you think of her. Hugs and prayers. Anita
Katherine is going to be missed, a very sweet and caring person. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family
