Mary Agnes (Hartman) Reinke, 95 of Ashland, entered into eternal rest on August 4, 2013 in Lincoln.  Mary was born April 15, 1918 in Omaha, Nebraska to Carl and Rosa (Langner) Hartman.  She attended Train School and Tech High School, both in Omaha.  Mary was united in marriage to Francis Reinke on November 1, 1945 in Omaha.  Mary lived in Springfield, NE for four years before moving to Ashland, where she has lived the past 64 years.

Mary was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and St. Mary’s Altar Society.  Raising flowers and gardening brought Mary lots of joy.  She enjoyed sewing, reading biographies, and trying new recipes.  Mary also loved sports.

Mary is survived by husband, Francis L. Reinke; daughters, Jean Reinke of Elmwood, NE and Mary Frances Reinke of Ashland.  She is preceded in death by parents, Carl and Rosa Hartman; brothers, Karl John, Leo, Frank, William, Albert, and Joseph Hartman.
