Michael “Mike” J. Aufenkamp Sr., 50 of Wahoo, NE passed away Monday, December 26, 2022 at Saunders Medical Center in Wahoo. He was born September 13, 1972 in Fremont, NE to Britt and Sandy (Blivin) Aufenkamp. He was united in marriage to Amber Walsh on May 25, 2019 in Wahoo.
Mike was a self-employed truck driver who loved his job and his truck named Lola. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle named Pearl. He especially loved spending his time off with his family and he dearly loved his wife Amber and her cooking.
Mike is survived by his wife, Amber Aufenkamp; children, Michael (Shelbi) Aufenkamp Jr., Madeline Aufenkamp, Ella Walsh, Lane Walsh, Rylynn Walsh and Rijker Aufenkamp; granddaughter, Arabelle Aufenkamp; siblings, Heather (Mick) Rahlfs, Heath (Mandy) Aufenkamp, Jake (Megan) Aufenkamp, Josh (Kara) Aufenkamp, Chris (Kammany) Hinkel, Corey Hinkel, and Dustin Hinkel; mother, Sandy (Brad) Baker; step-mother, Pam (Duane) Gebhardt.
He was preceded in death by his father, Britt Aufenkamp.
