Randy J. Zima, 59, of Fremont, NE, formerly of Mead, NE, entered into rest on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 in Fremont, NE. He was born June 27, 1965 in Wahoo, NE to John J. and Adeline A. (Spicka) Zima. Randy graduated from Mead High School in 1984. He attended Milford Community College and received a degree in Diesel Mechanics. Randy was a farmer and equipment salesman for many years.
Randy enjoyed traveling, Nebraska football and in his younger years he loved riding dirt bikes.
He is survived by his son, Cole Zima; sisters, Patti (Steve) Cernin and Mary Ann (Brad) Petersen; nieces and nephews, Samantha (Rod) Knapp, Jacob Cernin, Ashley Petersen, Heather (Steve) Fastenau and Dane (Katie) Petersen; many great nieces, great nephews, other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Adeline Zima.

Patti, Mary Ann and families. Although I do not remember Randy, I feel your pain in the loss of your brother far too soon.
