Robert “Bob” J. Rist, 92, of Ashland, NE, entered into eternal rest on Friday, May 13, 2022 at Oxbow Living Center in Ashland, NE.  Bob was born July 7, 1929 in Nebraska City, NE to Louis and Deloris Rist.  Bob was married to Anna Lou Gunn.  Anna Lou passed away in 1974.  In August of 1975, Bob was married to Phyllis (Wetzel) Reed at St. Mary Catholic Church in Ashland, NE.  He worked for Western Electric until his retirement.

He is survived by wife of 46 years, Phyllis Rist; children, Julie (Larry) Leach, Robert Jr. (Ginger) Rist, Denis (Brenda) Rist, Eric (Sheila) Rist, Michael (Barbara) Rist and Tim (Teresa) Rist; step-children, Trish (Gary) Spencer and Wayne (Chris) Reed; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his 1^st wife, Anna Lou; daughter, Linda; son, Gregory; and parents, Louis and Deloris.
