Theresa (Costello) Cady, 95 of Omaha, NE, entered into eternal rest on Monday, December 30, 2013 at the Saunders Care Center in Wahoo, NE.  She was born March 29, 1918 in O’Connor, NE to Frances and Helena (Cottam) Costello.  Theresa graduated from Greeley High School in Greeley, NE and then attended St. Catherine’s nursing school in Omaha.   On October 21, 1941, Theresa was united in marriage to Willis Cady in Bellwood, NE.  She was a homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother that enjoyed golfing, ceramics, and traveling.  Theresa was a member of St. Stephen the Martyr Catholic Church and the American Legion Auxiliary.

Theresa is preceded in death by her husband, Willis Cady; brother, Jim Costello; sister, Sr. Mary Clare (Beth) RSM; grandson, Patrick Schartz; great-granddaughter, Cady Reynolds.

She is survived by children, Carolyn Schartz of Omaha, Lori LeVasseur of Omaha, Daniel (Sally) Cady of Wahoo, Timothy (Denise) Cady of Omaha, and Mary Jo (Frank) Cady-Bull of Tucson, AZ; grandchildren, Shari (Andersen) Reynolds, Chrissy Andersen, Robert Schartz, Kim (Andersen) Jamber, James Schartz, Jean (Schartz) Bloemer, Jeffery Cady, Lisa (Cady) Parsons, Michael Cady; 22 great-grandchildren; brothers, Bud Costello, Frank Costello, Dan Costello, Mike Costello, Lou Costello, and Dave Costello; sisters, Sr. Mary Clareta RSM, Margaret Aulabaugh, Louise Raschailla, and Kathlene (Costello) Conant.
