Tracy worked with us, first J D Steel Co. and then transitioned with us through Rebar Setters, Inc. He was one of the best rodbusters/superintendents we were privileged to have. Judd Brothers was lucky to get him when he left rods behind. Tracy was a joy to work with and he remained a friend. Love ya Tracy, RIP
