Dickee L. Crosby, 79 of Ithaca, NE passed away Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at his home.  He was born July 31, 1939 in Spalding, NE to Lyle and Alice (Eacker) Crosby.  He grew up in Spalding and graduated from Spalding High School. In 1974 he moved to Ithaca.  Once in Ithaca the first people he met were Marvin Hass, Marlin Keller and Gib Wilgus.  They became the best of pals and had created many memories together. Dickee was a simple man and a hard worker.  He was a carpenter for 41 years; working for Kiewit, Kellogg’s and for himself.  He enjoyed hunting, golfing and identifying fruit trees.

He is survived by his sons, Curtis Crosby and Craig Crosby both of Ithaca; grandchildren, Zachary Crosby, Nolan Crosby and Brookelynn Griffey; brothers, Jerry Crosby and Bob Crosby; cousins, Darlene and Karen Bloomquist; nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lyle and Alice Crosby.
