Phyllis G. Pokorny, 67 of Malmo, NE, passed away Friday, October 11, 2013 at the Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha.
Phyllis is survived by loving husband, Wayne Pokorny; dear mother, Gladys Dauel; brother, Larry Dauel; nephews, Torrey Dauel and Aaron (Brenda) Dauel and their children, Addison and Damon.

Phyllis was my second cousin. Visited with her and her parents a few times when my father was alive and once after I was married. Then I lost touch with her except through my cousins up here who traveled down to NE many times. Wish I would have made more of an effort to get down to NE. Please accept our condolences.
