I knew Vic from my time at the NNG Redfield, Iowa storage field. He was a great horsepower
technician and also instructor for those of us that operated and worked on the units. His work with the Boy Scouts had to help these
young men with a ethic than would be give them a lifetime of memories and abilities. I,m truly sorry for your loss. I was a Boy Scout years ago in El Paso, Texas and I still remember those days.

I didn’t know he was a veteran, but as an USAF veteran, it gives me a great feeling to have known him.
