Shirley, you will certainly be missed. You definitely were a strong person. Our conversations will not be forgotten. We were just thinking of you the other day and I was going to try and call you this weekend. You are in God’s hands now. Love Karen and Brian Stricklett
I will definitely miss Shirley. For many (30+) years, I have treasured my friendship with Shirley and Phil. They were like my older brother and sister and always treated me as if I was part of their family. My heart has another empty spot with her loss.
Now Shirley and Phil are together once more in God’s light.
Shirley always had a heart of gold with us. She was a wonderful host during Thanksgiving and Christmas for family time. Lots of love for the entire family.
Shirley, you were my favorite Aunt! I picked on you and you gave it back two-fold! I always enjoyed our conversations and your sage advice! May you rest in peace, say Hi to Mom for me!
Sending our heartfelt sympathy to all of Shirley’s loved ones. We both had the pleasure to teach with Shirley at Mead. Shirley will be greatly missed but please take comfort in the many lives she touched and blessed.

Saddened to See that Shirley passed away. She had the best personality and she loved her animals dearly. My condolences to the family during this difficult time. She was a super human with a kind heart and hearty laugh.
Brad, Sorry for the loss of your mom. It’s been awhile but I’d run into her at a restaurant or somewhere and she’d remember me from being a friend of yours. Next year will be our 50 year class reunion if the covid situation is settled down by then. It would be great to see you.
