Daniel E. Odvody, 77 of Prague, NE entered into eternal rest Monday, April 18, 2022 at his home. He was born November 18, 1944 in Prague to Rudolph and Marie (Hampl) Odvody. He attended District #104 Country School and graduated from Prague High School in 1963. He was an U.S. Navy Veteran and was honorably discharged August 28, 1968. He worked for Shanahan Construction before retiring.
Daniel enjoyed fishing, horse racing and going to the casino.
Daniel is survived by his brother, David (Geri) Odvody; brother-in- law, Ruben Petrzelka; nieces and nephews, Toby Petrzelka, Tara (Bill) Zimmer, Todd (Natalie) Petrzelka, Shelly (Dan) Fiscus, Nick (Cicily) Odvody; great-nieces, Lexi Zimmer & Rebecca Odvody; great-nephew, Jackson Zimmer.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Diane Petrzelka
Dan you will greatly missed and in my heart forever. Some of the best times of my life was spent with you. You were like another father to me I spent every weekend growing up with you. Thanks for all the fishing and hunting trips those memories will always be cherished. I wish I would have seen you before you left this 🌎. I was planning on seeing you next month.
