Connie Hankes, 75 of Mead, NE, entered into rest on Thursday, January 16, 2014 at Creighton Univ. Medical Center in Omaha, NE. She was born March 25, 1938 in Atchison, KS to Clarence and Martha (Chambers) Hollenbeck.
She is survived by husband, Arlyn “Hank” Hankes of Mead; son, Mark Hatchell of Fremont; daughter, Penny Hatchell of Omaha; grandson, Luke Hatchell of Euless, TX; step-daughter, Pamela K. Monke of Fremont; sister, Charlotte Ellerman of Fremont; brother, Don Hollenbeck of Effingham, KS. She is preceded in death by parents, Clarence and Martha Hollenbeck.
We are very sorry to here about your loss she will be missed it was a great honor to our family to have shared many fun times those memories will always stick in our minds.
Mark, Penny and family, So sorry to hear of your loss. I will always have great memories of our childhood together at your house and with your mom.
