Donald Paul Boop, 76 of Fremont, Nebraska formerly Wahoo, NE and Lincoln, NE passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at his home. He was born January 31, 1947 in Hastings, NE to Paul Ivan and Janice Lorraine (Albin) Boop.

Donald grew up in Lincoln and was a 1965 graduate of Lincoln Northeast High School. He worked as a chef for Misty’s in Lincoln before enlisting in the US Air Force where he served from January 2, 1969 to December 7, 1972.  Donald received his Radiologic Technologist Degree from Southeast Community College. He was an MRI & CT Tech and traveled extensively for his work. He lived in Rhode Island for several years before retiring and moving to Wahoo where he lived for 12 years before moving to Fremont in 2022.
Donald is survived by his twin brother, Ronald P. (Karen) Boop of Wahoo; niece, Jennifer (John) Nahorny; nephews, Eric (Amy) Boop and Allen Dodge; dear friends, Dan and Cindy Lanik, Ina Carroll all of Wahoo, Gary and Ginny Miller of St. Louis, MO, Alicia LaPointe of Tallahassee, FL.

He was preceded in death by his parents; nephew, David S. Boop.
