Edward E. Pacula, 94 of Wahoo entered into eternal rest on Friday, January 5, 2018 at his home surrounded by his family.   He was born October 26, 1923 in Wahoo, NE to Anton and Anna (Styskal) Pacula.  He attended District 74 grade school in Weston, NE. He served his country in the Army during the Korean War and was honorably discharged on July 28, 1951.   He was united in marriage on August 26, 1958 to Emily Havlovic at Sts. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church in Plasi, NE.

Edward was a lifelong resident, farmer and mechanic in the area.  He was a member of American Legion Post #308 in Weston and member of the Touhy Coyote Club.

Edward is survived by his wife, Emily Pacula; children, Dorothy Smith of Lincoln, Nancy (Frank) Vasa of Weston, JoAnn (Mark) Cejka of Wahoo, LeRoy (Becky) Pacula of Lincoln, Lyle (friend, Theresa) Pacula of North Bend, Larry Pacula of Weston; 15 grandchildren: 17 great-grandchildren and one on the way; sister, Delores Pospisil.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother and sister-in-law, Bill & Alice Pacula; sister and brother-in-law, Lucille & Emil Cuda; brother-in-law, Joseph Pospisil; son-in-law, Scott Smith; grandsons, Ryan Pacula and Brian Huisman. .
