Elaine D. Bartels, 63 of Wahoo, NE, passed away Monday, February 24, 2014 at Arbor Manor in Fremont, NE.  She was born December 2, 1950 in Norfolk, NE to William and Leha (Harvey) Morsbach.  She graduated from Battle Creek High School.  On August 31, 1974, Elaine was united in marriage to Arlen Bartels in Lincoln, NE.  She worked in childcare for over 35 years.  Elaine enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and crossword puzzles.  She also loved watching old movies and westerns.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arlen Bartels; daughter, Annemarie Bartels; parents, William and Leha Morsbach.

Survived by daughter, Rebecca Rohleder and grandson, Dominek Rohleder.
