Randy was born May 6, 1957 in Wahoo, NE to Lee and Esther (Baldwin) Andresen. He graduated from Wahoo High School in 1975. Carpentry was his trade and if he was not working for himself; then, he was helping a friend with a job. Prior to his mother passing, Randy served as her caregiver for several years. Randy always wanted to do the right thing and he was willing to help anyone.
Randy enjoyed life and he had several hobbies that kept him busy. He enjoyed watching softball, football, wrestling, and Jeopardy. Camping with his daughters were great memories he had as well as horseback riding with his dad. He also loved rebuilding cars.
Randy is survived by daughters, Amber Andresen of Wahoo, Erin Andresen of Lincoln; father, Lee (Sharon) Andresen of Wahoo; brothers, Michael Andresen of Wahoo, Russell (Rhonda) Andresen of Wahoo, Clay Andresen of Wahoo; sister, Andrea (Jerry) Schlecht of Omaha; close friend, Mary Dailey; many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Preceded in death by mother, Esther Andresen; brother, Gary Andresen; infant sister, Josephine Andresen.
Pastor Richard Vernon will be officiating.

Randy was a very dear distant Cousin as my Uncle Elmer Baldwin was his precious Moms sister. I will never forget my father Jerry Hicks and Randy giving each other a bad time during the holidays. Randy always had something positive to say and he really enjoyed life. I will use his positive energy as an example for the rest of my life and raising my own daughter. If there is anything my family can do please contact us. Paul, Doris Ann, Alicia and Pearl Hicks Columbus NE……….. God Bless……….402 – 270 – 4945

I was saddened to hear of Randy’s passing. I went to grade school and junior high with Randy but moved to Omaha at the start of high school so I lost touch with him. I do remember Randy as a person who loved life and laughed alot. May your memories of him comfort you during this time of sadness and help you to know that he is no longer in pain. May God bless Randy and his family and friends. Megan Wilson (Epp)
