Bob was my grandparent’s attorney as well as advisor and friend to my father, Fr. Gary Frahm. My father had a great respect for Bob,and when I moved to Wahoo, he directed me to Bob for any advice I may need. He was a rare man indeed, and helped me on several occasions. He truly did want to help people. I will miss him.
