Sheila Elaine (Duncan) Walters, 58 of Ashland, died August 15, 2014 at Creighton Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska.  She was born June 13, 1956 in Douglas County Nebraska to Bernard Ross Duncan and Joan (Carpenter , McMurray, Duncan) Coy.

Sheila worked at many varied jobs during her life, the longest at the Wiltse Cap and Gown company in Omaha,NE where she obtained permission to donate used gowns to a church for their choir.

Survivors include: Son Kenyon Brittain, daughter Brandye Ellis.  Sister Peggy Tomsicek of Colon, NE and Brother Allen Duncan of Fremont, NE. Sisters of the heart, Teri Shrader and Kathy Jo Carter. and Judy Abbott . Special friend Lee Thompson.

Sheila was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, Robert McMurray .

Sheila will be remembered by all for her generous spirit, her baking, candy making and her love for cats.
