Susan Ann Masek, 46 of Agnew, NE, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at her home surrounded by family.  Susan was born May 31, 1967 in Lincoln, NE to Miervalds and Carolyn (Fults) Bitenieks.  In 1985, Susan graduated from Lincoln High School and then she attended Southeast Community College where she received a degree in graphic arts.  On October 15, 1988, Susan was united in marriage to Glen Masek at Sts. Mary and Joseph Catholic Church in Valparaiso.  In the past, Susan worked at Michaels Arts & Crafts in Lincoln.  She also groomed pets and worked at the Lincoln Journal Star.

Susan was a wife, mother, and homemaker who loved her family very much.  She enjoyed arts and crafts and was an avid nature photographer.  She was a Ford Mustang enthusiast.

Susan is survived by husband of 24 years, Glen Masek; children, Christopher Masek and Kendra Masek; sisters, Diane Ogden of Lincoln, Linda (Dale) Schroeder of Lincoln; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents and father-in-law.
